Rashid Mehmood is an experienced jurist specialising in immigration and asylum law across Sweden and the European Union. He holds an advanced degree in law, along with professional training and certifications in Swedish, EU, and UK migration and asylum law. He is also a UK Immigration Advisor regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority and advises on UK immigration matters where relevant.

He also advises on business and company law matters, including company formation, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. In addition, he provides mediation and arbitration services in relation to civil and commercial disputes. He is an IMI and SIMI accredited mediator and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), acting in accordance with international standards and best practices.
